Morning Light Stables

Morning Light Stables opened on June 1, 2008. It is a small, family run facility that offers 6-7 hours of daily turnout (weather permitting). We have 30 (12 x 12) stalls, a wash stall with hot/cold water, a viewing room, 2 tack rooms, a 72 x 200 indoor arena (unheated), and a 90 x 200 outdoor arena.

Hay/Grain: I feed a mostly grass hay with little alfalfa. We offer Buckeye feeds (Grow n Win, Safe n Easy, or Senior Complete) or Nutrena Safe Choice. The Board price includes up to 2 scoops of grain per day.

Night Check: Sometime after 7 p.m., we top off their water buckets, and give them a flake of hay for the night.

Veterinarians/Farriers: You may use your current vet or farrier.

Hours of Operation: We are open daily from 8 am to 9 p.m.

Communication: I try to keep boarders up to speed on what's going on at the barn. I leave information on a white board for everyone to see. I send texts as well. For example, if horses stay in due to inclement weather.

Security: We have several cameras set up throughout the barn to keep all of our equine friends safe.

You are welcome to e-mail me with any questions you may have, or set up a time to stop by and visit our facility to see if it might be the right fit for you and your horse. Thank you for your interest in Morning Light Stables.
